PEB Steel Alliance Limited

PEB Steel Alliance Limited (PEBSAL) was incorporated in Bangladesh on April 25, 2006 with the objective to produce pre-fabricated building materials. The company is a joint venture in between Alliance Holdings Ltd., Nekan Engineering Ltd. (Bangladesh) and PEB Steel Asia Ltd. (British Virgin Islands). PEBSAL also has its branch operation in Pakistan. The company carries out projects on a turn-key basis, which are used for factories, warehouses, showrooms, commercial/trade centers, supermarkets, sports stadiums, exhibition halls, aircraft hangars and various types of high-rise buildings.

PEBSAL became the first and only company to export pre-engineered buildings from Bangladesh to Pakistan under a tender issued by Asian Development Bank (ADB). PEBSAL takes immense pride in adding to the country’s export basket and is encouraged to aggressively seek more export destinations.

PEBSAL’s factory is located at Mia Bazar, Comilla, halfway on the Dhaka-Chittagong Highway. Housed in a 120,000 sq. ft. factory building, it has the most modern equipments and is capable of producing 36,000 MT of Steel Building per annum. The factory has a total land area of 7.08 acres. Besides housing the factory building, it also has accommodation for the permanent officers. The factory is equipped with all types of modern machinery that include Shear Machines, MIG Welding Machines, SAW Machines and Shot Blasting Machines. The airless painting machine provides for the uniform application of paint thereby ensuring a perfect finish. A host of overhead cranes are facilitates the movement of materials.

PEBSAL’s projects include some of the largest steel structures in Bangladesh including a 3,500 MT building for BSRM Steels Limited, 1,449 MT building for Karnafully Shoe Industries Limited, 900 MT building for Nasir Glassware and Tube Industries Limited, 4,147 MT building for Dignity Textile Mills Limited etc. PEBSAL has already completed 36 projects and has several more on-going projects.
